Our fitness program is specifically designed to work well for women especially in their age 40s and above when their hormonal profile experiences massive changes through stages of perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Our goal is to help our clients age gracefully and prevent the health issues that comes with sedentary ageing - such as osteoporosis, lack of energy, stiffness, joint pains and weakening strength.

Our combination of Pilates, Strength Training and HIIT has worked wonders for our clients since we started in 2017. Keeping fit should not feel like a chore and lifting weights should not feel scary - which is why we have designed fun and safe classes to help you workout effectively. Our signature Strong & Lean class has helped clients to achieve amazing results in body fat loss and getting their toned body.
